目的 研究三子止咳膠囊聯(lián)合吸入用異丙托溴銨溶液治療慢性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年5月-2019年5月在天津市東麗區(qū)東麗醫(yī)院治療的120例慢性支氣管炎患者，將所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組患者霧化吸入吸入用異丙托溴銨溶液，2 mL/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服三子止咳膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療3個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀緩解時間、肺功能指標、血氣指標、血清炎性因子水平、支氣管炎的嚴重程度（BSS）。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.67%、95.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組咳嗽、氣喘和肺部啰音消失時間明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組呼吸頻率（RR）明顯降低，潮氣量（VT）、達峰容積比（VPEF/VE）和達峰時間比（tPTEF/tE）顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組肺功能指標升高較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者氧分壓（pO₂）明顯升高，二氧化碳分壓（pCO₂）明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組血氣指標改善較明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清高敏C反應蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和白細胞介素-8（IL-8）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-8水平降低較明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組BSS評分均顯著降低（P<0.05）；并且治療組BSS評分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 三子止咳膠囊聯(lián)合吸入用異丙托溴銨溶液治療慢性支氣管炎具有較好的治療效果，能改善臨床癥狀和肺功能，調(diào)節(jié)血氣指標，降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To study the efficacy of Sanzi Zhike Capsules combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution for inhalation in treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods Patients (120 cases) with chronic bronchitis in Tianjin Dongli Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were atomization inhalation Ipratropium Bromide Solution for inhalation, 2 mL/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Sanzi Zhike Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom disappearance time, lung function index, blood gas index, serum levels of inflammatory factor, and BSS scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.67% and 95.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of cough, asthma, and lung rales in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the RR of the two groups was significantly decreased, but VT, VPEF/VE, and tPTEF/tE were significantly increased (P < 0.05). And the lung function indexes of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pO₂ values of two groups were significantly increased, but the pCO₂ values of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the improvement of blood gas indexes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the serum levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-8 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the BSS scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the BSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sanzi Zhike Capsules combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution for inhalation has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic bronchitis, can improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function, regulate blood gas indexes, and reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors.
