目的 探討蛤蚧定喘丸聯(lián)合多索茶堿片治療對支氣管哮喘的臨床效果。方法 選取開封市中醫(yī)院2018年3月-2019年6月收治的支氣管哮喘患者94例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各47例。對照組飯前或飯后3 h口服多索茶堿片，0.4 g/次，2次/d；治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服蛤蚧定喘丸，6 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療12周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者肺功能指標第1秒用力呼氣容積量（FEV1）、或最大呼氣峰流速（PEF）、用力呼氣肺活量（FVC）和第1秒用力呼氣容積率（FEV1%），及炎性因子高敏C反應蛋白（hs-CRP）、γ干擾素（INF-γ）和嗜酸性粒細胞（EOS）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為80.85%和95.74%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者肺功能指標FVC、PEF、FEV1、FEV1%比治療前均明顯提高（P<0.05），且治療組明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者炎性因子hs-CRP、EOS、INF-γ水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 蛤蚧定喘丸聯(lián)合多索茶堿片治療支氣管哮喘患者療效顯著，可顯著改善患者的肺功能，降低炎癥因子水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gejie Dingchuan Pills combined with doxofylline in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Patients (94 cases) with bronchial asthma in Kaifeng Hospital of TCM from March 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each had 47 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Doxofylline Tablets 3 h before or after meals, 0.4 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gejie Dingchuan Pills on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the lung function indexes of FEV1, PEF, FVC and FEV1%, and the levels of hs-CRP, EOS, NF-γ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 80.85% and 95.74%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the lung function indexes levels of FEV1, PEF, FVC and FEV1% in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, EOS, INF-γ in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and these inflammatory factor levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Gejie Dingchuan Pills combined with doxofylline has significant curative effect in treatment of bronchial asthma, can significantly improve the lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
