目的 探究痰熱清注射液聯(lián)合利巴韋林顆粒治療小兒病毒性肺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年10月-2019年10月在洛陽新區(qū)人民醫(yī)院治療的110例病毒性肺炎患兒，將所有患兒按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各55例。對(duì)照組患兒口服利巴韋林顆粒，0.01 g/（kg·次），3次/d，治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注痰熱清注射液，按照0.5 mL/kg溶解于5%葡萄糖中，1次/d。兩組患兒共治療2周。觀察兩組的患兒臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間、血清炎癥因子。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組總有效率為85.45%，治療組總有效率為98.18%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間、肺啰音消失時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）水平均顯著下降（P<0.05）；治療后治療組患兒hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 痰熱清注射液聯(lián)合利巴韋林顆粒治療小兒病毒性肺炎具有較好的臨床療效，能夠改善臨床癥狀，降低血清炎性指標(biāo)水平，安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing Injection combined with Ribavirin Granules in treatment of viral pneumonia in children. Methods Children (110 cases) with viral pneumonia in New Area People's Hospital of Luoyang from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 55 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Ribavirin Granules, 0.01 g/(kg·time), three times daily. Children in the treatment group were iv administered with Tanreqing Injection on the basis of the control group, 0.5 mL/kg added into 5% glucose solution, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms disappear time and serum inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group and treatment group were 85.45% and 98.18%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the body temperature recovery time, cough disappear time, lung rales disappear time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tanreqing Injection combined with Ribavirin Granules has clinical curative effect in treatment of viral pneumonia in children, can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the level of serum inflammatory indicators, with good safety.
