目的 研究復(fù)方莪術(shù)油栓聯(lián)合克霉唑陰道片治療老年性陰道炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月-2019年6月在平頂山市第二人民醫(yī)院治療的120例老年性陰道炎患者為研究對象，將所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組給予克霉唑陰道片，1片/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予復(fù)方莪術(shù)油栓，1枚/次，1次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀緩解時間、陰道pH值、病原菌檢出率、生活質(zhì)量綜合評定問卷（GQOLI-74）量表評分、陰道灌洗液炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為95.00%，顯著高于對照組的83.33%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組白帶減少時間、外陰瘙癢、外陰陰道疼痛、黏膜充血消失時間明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者陰道酸堿度（pH）值、病原菌檢出率均顯著降低，GQOLI-74量表評分顯著升高（P<0.05）；且治療組指標(biāo)改善較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者陰道灌洗液白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；并且治療組陰道灌洗液中細(xì)胞因子水平降低較多（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方莪術(shù)油栓聯(lián)合克霉唑陰道片治療老年性陰道炎具有較好的臨床療效，可緩解臨床癥狀，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，降低患者陰道灌洗液中細(xì)胞因子水平。

Objective To study the curative effect of Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil Suppository combined with Cremezole Vaginal Tablets in treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods Patients (120 cases) with senile vaginitis in Pingdingshan the Second People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were given Cremezole Vaginal Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were given Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil Suppository on the basis of the control group, 1 piece/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom remission time, vaginal pH value, pathogen detection rate, GQOLI-74 scale score, the levels of IL-8, IL-6, and TNF-α in vaginal lavage fluid of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of vaginal discharge, vulva pruritus, vulvovaginal pain, and mucosal congestion in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the vaginal pH value and the pathogen detection rate in two groups were significantly decreased, but the GQOLI-74 scale score in two groups was significantly increased (P < 0.05). And the related indexes in the treatment group were improved more than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-8, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the levels of cytokines in the vaginal lavage fluid of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil Suppository combined with Cremezole Vaginal Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile vaginitis, can alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the level of cytokines in the vaginal lavage fluid of patients.
