目的 研究前列舒丸聯(lián)合賽洛多辛膠囊治療前列腺增生癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年10月-2019年10月在河南大學(xué)淮河醫(yī)院治療的80例前列腺增生癥患者為研究對(duì)象，將所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組患者口服賽洛多辛膠囊，1粒/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服前列舒丸，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者接受治療時(shí)間為4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組的國際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分表（IPSS）評(píng)分、生活質(zhì)量（QOL）評(píng)分、前列腺體積（PV）、最大尿流率（Q_max）、膀胱殘余尿量（Ru）、血清前列腺特異性抗原（PSA）、睪酮（T）、雌二醇（E₂）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.50%、92.50%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IPSS和QOL評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組IPSS和QOL評(píng)分降低較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者Ru、PV值顯著降低，Q_max值顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組臨床癥狀改善程度較大（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清PSA、T水平明顯下降，血清E₂水平明顯升高（P<0.05）；且治療組血清學(xué)指標(biāo)水平改善較多（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 前列舒丸聯(lián)合賽洛多辛膠囊治療前列腺增生癥具有較好的治療效果，能提高患者生活質(zhì)量，改善臨床癥狀和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Qianlieshu Pills combined with Silodosin Capsules in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Patients (80 cases) with prostatic hyperplasia in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Silodosin Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianlieshu Pills on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and IPSS scores, QOL scores, PV, Q_max, Ru, the serum levels of PSA, T, and E₂ in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 77.50% and 92.50%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IPSS and QOL scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the IPSS and QOL scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the Ru and PV values of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the Q_max value was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum level of PSA and T in two groups were significantly decreased, and the serum level of E₂ in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). And the serological index level of the treatment group was more significantly improved than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qianlieshu Pills combined with Silodosin Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia, can improve the quality of life of patients, improve clinical symptoms and serological indicators.
