目的 探討醋氯芬酸緩釋片治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月-2019年12月在天津市第一中心醫(yī)院治療的96例膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者作為研究對象，按照不同治療方法將所有患者分為常規(guī)片組、緩釋片組，每組各48例。常規(guī)片組口服醋氯芬酸片，100 mg/次，2次/d。緩釋片組口服醋氯芬酸緩釋片，200 mg/次，1次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分、關(guān)節(jié)功能評分、日常生活能力評分。結(jié)果 治療后，緩釋片組患者的總有效率（97.9%）明顯高于常規(guī)片組（87.5%），兩組數(shù)據(jù)組間差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者VAS評分、關(guān)節(jié)功能評分、日常生活能力評分均顯著降低（P<0.05），且緩釋片組患者VAS評分、關(guān)節(jié)功能、日常生活能力評分明顯低于常規(guī)片組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 醋氯芬酸緩釋片治療骨關(guān)節(jié)炎具有較好的臨床療效，能夠緩解患者疼痛，改善患者關(guān)節(jié)功能、日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Aceclofenac Sustained-release Tablets in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (96 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in Tianjin First Center Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into conventional tablets and sustained-release tablets groups, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the conventional tablets group were po administered with Aceclofenac Tablets, 100 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the sustained-release tablets group were po administered with Aceclofenac Sustained-release Tablets on the basis of the conventional tablets group, 200 mg/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and VAS scores, joint function scores, and activity of daily living scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the sustained-release tablets group (97.9%) was significantly higher than that of the conventional tablets group (87.5%), and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS scores, joint function scores, and activity of daily living scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and VAS scores, joint function scores, and activity of the sustained-release tablets group were significantly lower than those of the conventional tablets group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Aceclofenac Sustained-release Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis, can relieve the pain of patients, improve the joint function and daily living ability of patients, which has a certain clinical application value.
