目的 了解天津市津南醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的使用情況和變化趨勢，為促進(jìn)臨床合理應(yīng)用麻醉藥品提供依據(jù)。方法 對2017-2019年天津市津南醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的使用數(shù)量、銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均用藥費(fèi)用（DDC）及藥品排序比（B/A）等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 2017-2019年麻醉藥品的銷售總金額逐年遞增，構(gòu)成比浮動較大。枸櫞酸舒芬太尼注射液和注射用鹽酸瑞芬太尼銷售金額的排名平穩(wěn)，始終居前兩位。鹽酸嗎啡緩釋片的DDDs排名先下降后上升，2019年躍居首位。有9種麻醉藥品的DDC都在50元以下。麻醉藥品的B/A比值基本上均接近于1，說明各類麻醉藥品的用藥同步性良好。結(jié)論 天津市津南醫(yī)院麻醉藥品應(yīng)用基本合理，但仍存在一些不足，還需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)麻醉藥品管理。

Objective To understand the use and change trend of narcotic drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital, and to provide a basis for promoting the rational use of narcotic drugs in the clinic. Methods The sales volume, sales amount, frequency of drug use (DDDs), daily average drug cost (DDC), and drug ranking ratio (B/A) of narcotic drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were statistically analyzed. Results From 2017 to 2019, the total sales amount of narcotic drugs increased year by year, and the composition ratio remained basically larger than the float. The ranking of sales amount of Sufentanil Citrate Injection and Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection ranked stable, always ranking the top two. The ranking of DDDs of Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets first decreased and then increased, and it jumped to the top in 2019. There were 9 kinds of narcotic drugs whose DDC was below 50 yuan. The B/A ratio of various narcotic drugs was basically close to 1, indicating that the synchronization of various narcotic drugs was good. Conclusion The application of narcotic drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still some shortcomings, and the management of anesthetic drugs needs to be further strengthened.
