目的 對漯河市中心醫(yī)院西城分院第二類精神藥品的用藥情況進行調(diào)查分析，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 收集2017-2019年漯河市中心醫(yī)院西城分院第二類精神藥品的用藥數(shù)據(jù)，將其用量、銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費用（DDC）及排序比（B/A）等指標進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果 第二類精神藥品以苯二氮（艸卓）類為主，其銷售金額呈逐年增長趨勢，其中勞拉西泮片的DDDs最大，連續(xù)3年均居第1位，奧沙西泮片和唑吡坦片的銷售金額、DDDs增長幅度最大；奧沙西泮片和右佐匹克隆片的DDC排名較高，3年內(nèi)均居前2位；奧沙西泮片的B/A最小，阿普唑侖片和勞拉西泮片的B/A均比較大。結(jié)論 漯河市中心醫(yī)院西城分院第二類精神藥品的臨床使用基本合理，個別品種使用率較高，提示臨床需加強管理，避免濫用產(chǎn)生依賴。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in Xicheng Branch of Luohe Central Hospital, so as to provide references for clinical reasonable application. Methods The utilization date of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in Xicheng Branch of Luohe Central Hospital from 2017 to 2019 was collected, and the sales amount, sales sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), daily average cost (DDC) and sequence ratio (B/A) of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs were analyzed. Results Benzodiazepines were the main type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs. The sales sum of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs were increased year by year. Lorazepam Tablets had the largest DDDs ranking the first for three consecutive years. DDDs of Oxazepam Tablets and Zolpidem Tablets were increased significantly. DDC of Oxazepam Tablets and Eszopiclone Tablets ranked the top two in the three years. Oxazepam Tablets had the lowest sequence ratio and Alprazolam Tablets and Lorazepam Tablets had larger sequence ratio than others. Conclusion The use of the type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs is basically reasonable in Xicheng Branch of Luohe Central Hospital, but the use rate of individual varieties is high, which suggests that the management should be strengthened in order to avoid the drug dependence caused by long term abuse of such drugs.
