[摘要]
在泌尿系腫瘤的常規(guī)治療手段中,化療藥物的毒副作用和多藥耐藥的發(fā)生以及手術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率高等弊端,迫切需要開發(fā)出治療泌尿系腫瘤新型有效的策略。納米技術(shù)作為一門新興且跨學(xué)科的領(lǐng)域,因其可改善藥動(dòng)學(xué)、優(yōu)化藥物靶向性、提高生物相容性等獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)被寄望于腫瘤的預(yù)防和診療上。主要就近年來納米載藥系統(tǒng)在泌尿系腫瘤中的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)的綜述。

[Abstract]
In the conventional treatment of urinary tumors, chemotherapeutic drugs had the side effects and the occurrence of multidrug resistance, as well as the high recurrence rate after operation, therefore new and effective treatment strategies are forced to be developed. As a new and interdisciplinary field, nanotechnology is expected to be used in tumor prevention and treatment because of its unique advantages, such as improving pharmacokinetics, optimizing drug targeting, improving biocompatibility and so on. The latest application of nano-drug loading system in urinary tumors in recent years is reviewed comprehensively and systematacially in this paper.
