目的 探討雙丹顆粒聯(lián)合瑞舒伐他汀鈣片治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年2月—2020年1月洛陽市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的120例冠心病心絞痛患者作為研究對象，將全部患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組口服瑞舒伐他汀鈣片，10 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服雙丹顆粒，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療6周。觀察兩組的心絞痛療效、心電圖療效，比較兩組患者的發(fā)作頻率、每次持續(xù)時(shí)間、硝酸甘油用量、血脂和血清因子指標(biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的心絞痛總有效率分別為80.00%、93.33%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組的心電圖總有效率分別為71.67%、86.67%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組發(fā)作頻率、每次持續(xù)時(shí)間、硝酸甘油用量顯著降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的發(fā)作頻率、每次持續(xù)時(shí)間、硝酸甘油用量比對照組低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的膽固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的膽固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C水平低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的CRP、IL-1 β、Hcy低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 雙丹顆粒聯(lián)合瑞舒伐他汀鈣片治療冠心病心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，能夠減輕心絞痛癥狀，降低血脂和炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shuangdan Granules combined with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (120 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Luoyang Third People's Hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shuangdan Granules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the curative effect of angina pectoris, the electrocardiogram effect, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin, the levels of blood lipid, the levels of serum factor indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of angina pectoris in the control and treatment group were 80.00% and 93.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram effect of angina pectoris in the control and treatment group were 71.67% and 86.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin of two groups were significantly decreased, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). And after treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of cholesterol, triacylglycerol, and LDL-C in two groups were significantly decreased, and there was difference between two groups (P< 0.05). And after treatment, the levels of cholesterol, triacylglycerol, and LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1β, and Hcy in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). And after treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1β, and Hcy in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuangdan Granules combined with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris, reduce blood lipid and inflammatory reaction.
