目的 分析2019年鄭州大學第一附屬醫(yī)院丹參川芎嗪注射液的臨床使用情況，為促進中藥注射劑的臨床合理使用提供參考。方法 采用回顧性研究方法，利用PASS軟件按5%比例抽取本院使用丹參川芎嗪注射液的出院病歷755份，記錄患者基本情況、藥品使用情況等數(shù)據(jù)，進行Excel統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 不合理使用例數(shù)為434例，占總例數(shù)的57.48%，其中無適應癥占47.72%，用法用量不適宜占12.53%、用藥療程不當占11.43%、溶媒選擇不當占6.91%及聯(lián)合用藥不合理占21.41%。結(jié)論 2019年本院丹參川芎嗪注射劑的臨床使用存在不合理情況，應有針對性進行規(guī)范及整治，促進臨床合理用藥。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in 2019, so as to provide reference for promoting the rational clinical use of Chinese medicine injections. Methods With the retrospective study method, The data of 755 discharge medical records were selected by using PASS software at 5% in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in 2019, and the basic information of patients and the use of drugs were recorded for Excel statistical analysis. Results The number of cases of unreasonable use was 434, accounting for 57.48% of the total cases. Among them, no indications accounted for 47.72%, while improper usage and dosage was 12.53%, improper course of medication accounted for 11.43%, improper solvent selection was 6.91%, and unreasonable combination of drugs accounted for 21.41%. Conclusion There are some unreasonable situations in the clinical use of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in 2019, which should be regulated and rectified pertinently to promote rational drug use.
