目的 探討維生素B₂片聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片、蒙脫石散治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年6月-2018年9月焦作煤業(yè)（集團）有限責任公司中央醫(yī)院收治的168例患有輪狀病毒性腸炎的小兒作為研究對象，將納入的患兒采用隨機數(shù)字表分為對照組和治療組，每組各84例。對照組口服雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片，4片/次，2次/d，同時口服蒙脫石散，1袋/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服維生素B₂片，1片/次，3次/d。兩組患兒治療時間均為7 d。觀察兩組患兒的臨床療效，并比較治療前后兩組患兒臨床癥狀改善情況和血清炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率（98.81%）顯著高于對照組（89.29%）（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的止吐時間、止瀉時間、退熱時間均顯著短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 維生素B₂片聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片、蒙脫石散治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎可改善小兒臨床癥狀，提高臨床療效，降低血清炎癥因子水平，安全性較好。

Objective To explore the effect of Vitamin B₂ Tablets combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets and Montmorillonite Powder in treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children. Methods Children (168 cases) with rotavirus enteritis in Central Hospital of Jiaozuo Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., from June 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 84 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets, 4 tablets/time, twice daily. And children in the control group were also po administered with Montmorillonite Powder, 1 bag/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Vitamin B₂ Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the improvement of clinical symptoms and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (98.81%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (89.29%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the antiemetic time, antidiarrheal time, and antipyretic time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serum levels of IL-6, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Vitamin B₂ Tablets combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets and Montmorillonite Powder has clinical curative effect in treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children, can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the level serum of inflammatory factors, with good safety.
