目的 探討黃藤素膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片治療子宮內(nèi)膜炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年3月—2020年10月河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院收治的94例子宮內(nèi)膜炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各47例。對(duì)照組口服左氧氟沙星片，0.5 g/次，1次/d，7 d為1個(gè)療程，連續(xù)治療3個(gè)療程。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服黃藤素膠囊，2粒/次，2次/d，連續(xù)治療3周。觀察兩組的治愈率，對(duì)患者的下腹墜痛程度采用視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）進(jìn)行評(píng)估，檢測(cè)兩組治療前后血清中基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、白細(xì)胞介素-4（IL-4）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的治愈率（87.23%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（70.21%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者盆腔疼痛、白帶增多的消失時(shí)間比對(duì)照組短，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者VAS評(píng)分均明顯降低（P<0.05），以治療組降低的更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的MMP-9、IL-6水平明顯降低，IL-4水平明顯升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的MMP-9、IL-6水平低于對(duì)照組，IL-4水平高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 黃藤素膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片可提高子宮內(nèi)膜炎的臨床療效，改善主要癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)炎癥反應(yīng)，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangtengsu Capsules combined with Levofloxacin Tablets in treatment of endometritis. Methods Patients (94 cases) with endometritis in Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 47 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Tablets, 0.5 g/time, once daily. A course of treatment had 7 d, and they had continuous treatment for 3 courses. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huangtengsu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, twice daily, and had continuous treatment for 3 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the cure rate of two groups was observed, the degree of lower abdominal pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), and the serum levels of MMP-9, IL-4, and IL-6 were detected before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group (87.23%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.21%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of pelvic pain and leucorrhea in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MMP-9 and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of IL-4 in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MMP-9 and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of IL-4 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangtengsu Capsules combined with Levofloxacin Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of endometritis and the main symptoms, and regulate the inflammatory reaction, with good safety.
