目的 探討腦脈泰膠囊聯(lián)合丁苯酞軟膠囊治療急性腦梗死的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年8月—2020年11月在天津市寧河區(qū)醫(yī)院就診的92例急性腦梗死患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各46例。對照組口服丁苯酞軟膠囊，0.2 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組患者治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服腦脈泰膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)、血清因子水平、神經(jīng)功能缺損程度。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為95.65%，對照組的總有效率為82.61%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的平均流速（V_m）、最小血流量（Q_min）明顯升高，阻力指數(shù)（RI）明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的V_m、Q_min高于對照組，RI低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的內(nèi)皮素-1（ET-1）、血管緊張素Ⅱ（Ang Ⅱ）、白細(xì)胞介素-17（IL-17）水平均明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療組的ET-1、Ang Ⅱ、IL-17水平低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）評分明顯降低（P<0.05），治療組NIHSS評分降低更明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腦脈泰膠囊聯(lián)合丁苯酞軟膠囊可提高急性腦梗死的臨床療效，有助于改善血流動(dòng)力學(xué)和血管內(nèi)皮功能，減輕神經(jīng)功能缺損程度。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Naomaitai Capsules combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Patients (92 cases) with acute cerebral infarction in Tianjin Ninghe Hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naomaitai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and hemodynamic parameters, serum factor levels, and neurological deficit in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%, the total effective rate of the control group was 82.61%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the V_m and Q_min of two groups were significantly increased, but the RI of two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the V_m and Q_min of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, but the RI of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ET-1, Ang Ⅱ, and IL-17 in two groups were significantly decreased treatment, the NIHSS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (P<0.05), but the levels of ET-1, Ang Ⅱ, and IL-17 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After Conclusion Naomaitai Capsule combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules can improve the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction, improve hemodynamics and vascular endothelial function, reduce the degree of nerve function defects.
