目的 探討復(fù)方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合維胺酯膠囊治療口腔扁平苔蘚的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年7月—2019年1月在天津市口腔醫(yī)院就診的100例口腔扁平苔蘚患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將100例患者分為對(duì)照組（50例）和治療組（50例）。對(duì)照組口服維胺酯膠囊，25 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方血栓通膠囊，1.5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分、病損面積、唾液炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為94.00%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為80.00%，組間有明顯差異（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的VAS評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05），治療組VAS評(píng)分比對(duì)照組降低更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的病損面積明顯縮?。?i>P<0.05）；治療后治療組的病損面積小于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的唾液白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-17（IL-17）水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組的唾液IL-6、TNF-α、IL-17水平低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合維胺酯膠囊可提高口腔扁平苔蘚的療效，減輕患者疼痛程度，縮小病損面積，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，安全性較高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Viaminate Capsules in treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods Patients (100 cases) with oral lichen planus in Department of Hexi Outpatient of Tianjin Stomatological Hospital from July 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (50 cases) and the treatment group (50 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Viaminate Capsules, 25 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the vase scores, the lesion area, and the salivary inflammatory factor level in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.00% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the lesion area of two groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05). After treatment, the lesion area of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in saliva of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of salivary IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-17 in saliva of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Viaminate Capsules can improve the curative effect of oral lichen planus, reduce the degree of pain, reduce the lesion area, decrease the inflammatory reaction, with good safety.
