目的 探討蒲公英顆粒聯(lián)合注射用頭孢拉定治療急性乳腺炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年2月—2020年9月在河南省中醫(yī)院治療的112例急性乳腺炎患者，根據(jù)診治順序分成對(duì)照組（56例）和治療組（56例）。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注注射用頭孢拉定，1.0 g加入生理鹽水100 mL，6 h/次。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服蒲公英顆粒，15 g/次，3次/d。兩組均治療1周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間，及血清學(xué)指標(biāo)超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、降鈣素原（PCT）、細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，對(duì)照組總有效率為85.71%，顯著低于治療組的98.21%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，治療組在乳房腫痛消失時(shí)間、退熱時(shí)間、腫塊消失時(shí)間、通乳時(shí)間上均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、PCT、ICAM-1、TNF-α水平均顯著降低（P<0.05），治療組下降最明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 蒲公英顆粒聯(lián)合注射用頭孢拉定治療急性乳腺炎可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，降低機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pugongying Granules combined with cefradine in treatment of acute mastitis. Methods Patients (112 cases) with acute mastitis in Henan Province Hospital of TCM from February 2020 to September 2020 were divided into control (56 cases) and treatment (56 cases) groups based on order of diagnosis and treatment. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefradine for injection, 1.0 g added into normal saline 100 mL, 6 h/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pugongying Granules on the basis of the control group, 15 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and the levels of serological indexes hs-CRP, IL-6, PCT, ICAM-1 and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 85.71%, which was significantly lower than 98.21% of the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the time of disappearance of breast swelling and pain, antipyretic time, mass disappearance time and breast opening time in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, PCT, ICAM-1 and TNF-α in the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pugongying Granules combined with cefradine in treatment of acute mastitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
