目的 探討2017—2019年天津市眼科醫(yī)院抗干眼癥相關(guān)用藥的使用情況和發(fā)展趨勢。方法 對2017—2019年天津市眼科醫(yī)院抗干眼癥相關(guān)藥品的用藥金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費用（DDC）和藥品排序比（B/A）進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 人工淚液類滴眼液用藥金額占到抗干眼癥相關(guān)用藥總金額的60%以上，聚乙烯醇滴眼液用藥金額穩(wěn)居第1位。重組人表皮生長因子衍生物滴眼液DDDs排序上升排位最多，復(fù)合增長率最高。2017—2019年除了羧甲基纖維素鈉滴眼液的DDC值略有上升外，其他滴眼液的DDC值均呈平穩(wěn)及下降趨勢。0.1%玻璃酸鈉滴眼液（國產(chǎn)）的B/A值最高，53.3%的滴眼劑B/A接近1.00。結(jié)論 天津市眼科醫(yī)院抗干眼癥相關(guān)藥品的使用基本合理，人工淚液類滴眼液仍是抗干眼癥的首選用藥。

Objective To investigate the use and development trend of anti-xerophthalmia drugs in Tianjin Eye Hospital from 2017 to 2019. Methods The amount, DDDs, DDC and B/A of anti-xerophthalmia drugs in Tianjin Eye Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were statistically analyzed. Results The amount of artificial tear eye drops accounted for more than 60% of the total amount of anti- xerophthalmia drug, and the amount of polyvinyl alcohol eye drops was the first. DDDs sequence of recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops increased the most and the compound growth rate was the highest. From 2017 to 2019, except sodium carboxymethyl cellulose eye drops DDC value slightly increased, other eye drops DDC value were flat and decreased. The B/A value of 0.1% sodium hyaluronate eye drops (made in China) was the highest, and 53.3% of the eye drops were close to 1.00. Conclusion The use of anti-xerophthalmia drugs in Tianjin Eye Hospital is reasonable and artificial tear drops are still the first choice for anti-xerophthalmia.
