手性是生物分子所具有的一個(gè)普遍特征,隨著“反應(yīng)停”事件的發(fā)生,手性在化學(xué)藥領(lǐng)域的重要性被廣泛知曉并不斷掀起研究的熱潮。中藥中也存在著許多含有手性中心的有效成分,但由于成分復(fù)雜、含量差異大等原因,并沒有引起相應(yīng)的重視,而這些成分很有可能因手性的不同在藥理、藥動學(xué)上存在很大差異。為了對中藥中手性成分有更好地研究,首先需要對對映體分離技術(shù)有更深入的了解。手性化合物的對映體分離技術(shù)主要包括非色譜法和色譜法,主要圍繞這兩類方法展開綜述。

Chirality is a universal feature of biomolecules. With the occurrence of "Thalidomide event", the importance of chirality in the field of chemical drugs has been widely known and the research upsurge has been set off. There are many active components containing chiral centers in traditional Chinese medicine, but due to the complex components and differences of content, they have not been attracted the corresponding attention, and these components are likely to have great differences in pharmacology and pharmacokinetics due to different chirality. In order to have a better study, we need to have a deeper understanding of enantiomeric separation technology. Enantiomeric separation techniques of chiral compounds mainly include nonchromatography and chromatography. This paper will focus on these two methods.
