目的 探討荊花胃康膠丸聯(lián)合瑞巴派特片治療慢性萎縮性胃炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年5月—2020年12月河南科技大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的92例慢性萎縮性胃炎患者為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各有46例。對(duì)照組患者口服瑞巴派特片，100 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服荊花胃康膠丸，160 mg/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療8周。考察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者生活質(zhì)量、血清可溶性白細(xì)胞介素-2受體（SIL-2R）、前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、胃泌素-17（G-17）、胃蛋白酶原比值（PGR）、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ（PG Ⅰ）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為91.30%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為76.81%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的QHOQOL評(píng)分明顯升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組QHOQOL評(píng)分比對(duì)照組高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的SIL-2R、IL-1β水平明顯降低，PGE₂水平明顯升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的SIL-2R、IL-1β水平低于對(duì)照組，PGE₂水平高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的G-17、PGR、PG Ⅰ水平明顯升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），且治療組G-17、PGR、PG Ⅰ水平比對(duì)照組高，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 荊花胃康膠丸聯(lián)合瑞巴派特片可提高慢性萎縮性胃炎的療效，減輕胃黏膜炎性損傷，調(diào)節(jié)胃腸激素分泌，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jinghua Weikang Capsules combined with Rebamipide Tablets in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Patients (92 cases) with chronic atrophic gastritis in The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Rebamipide Tablets, 100 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinghua Weikang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 160 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and quality of life, serum levels of SIL-2R, PGE₂, IL-1β, G-17, PGR, and PG Ⅰ in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.81%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the QHOQOL scores of two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The QHOQOL score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SIL-2R and IL-1β in two groups were significantly decreased, but the level of PGE₂ in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of PGE₂ in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, while the levels of SIL-2R and IL-1β in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of G-17, PGR, and PG Ⅰ in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the levels of G-17, PGR, and PG Ⅰ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jinghua Weikang Capsules Combined with Rebamipide Tablets can improve the curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis, reduce the inflammatory damage of gastric mucosa, and regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, with good safety.
