目的 探討小兒豉翹清熱顆粒聯(lián)合帕拉米韋氯化鈉注射液治療兒童流行性感冒的臨床療效。方法 回顧性分析2019年9月—2020年9月漯河市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的108例流行性感冒患兒的臨床資料，根據(jù)住院號的奇偶性分為對照組和治療組，每組各54例。對照組靜脈滴注帕拉米韋氯化鈉注射液，10 mg/kg，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服小兒豉翹清熱顆粒，1～3歲患兒2～3 g/次；4～6歲3～4 g/次；7～9歲4～5 g/次；10歲以上6 g/次，3次/d。兩組患兒均治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀消失時間及血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、巨噬細胞遷移抑制因子（MIF）、高遷移率族蛋白B-1（HMGB-1）、血紅素氧合酶-1（HO-1）和半胱氨酰白三烯（CYSLTS）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組總有效率為84.91%，顯著低于治療組的98.15%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者臨床癥狀消失時間明顯早于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清hs-CRP、MIF、HMGB1、CYSLTS水平明顯降低，而HO-1水平明顯升高（P<0.05）；治療后，且治療組這些血清學指標明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 小兒豉翹清熱顆粒聯(lián)合帕拉米韋治療兒童流行性感冒可顯著改善臨床癥狀，降低機體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with pramivir in treatment of children influenza.Methods Children (108 cases) with influenza in Luohe Third People’s Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the parity number of the inpatient number, and each group had 54 cases. Children in the control group were iv administered with Peramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection, 10 mg/kg, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 — 3 g/time for 1 — 3 years old children, 3 — 4 g/time for 4 — 6 years old children, 4 — 5 g/time for 7 — 9 years old children, 6 g/time for more than 10 years old, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, the levels of serum hs-CRP, MIF, HMGB1, CYSLTS, and HO-1 in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 84.91%, which was significantly lower than 98.15% in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, MIF, HMGB1, and CYSLTS in the two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of HO-1 were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these serological indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with pramivir in treatment of children influenza can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
