[摘要]
目的 探討腦得生片聯(lián)合長春西汀注射液治療腦出血恢復(fù)期的臨床療效。方法 選擇2017年7月—2019年8月在河南宏力醫(yī)院治療的92例腦出血恢復(fù)期患者,采用雙色球隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各46例。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注長春西汀注射液,每次20 mg加入生理鹽水500 mL,必要時(shí)可增至30 mg/次,1次/d;治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服腦得生片,6片/次,3次/d。兩組患者均治療2周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者NIHSS評(píng)分、FMA評(píng)分和Barthel指數(shù),及血清神經(jīng)損傷指標(biāo)膠質(zhì)纖維酸性蛋白(GFAP)、星形膠質(zhì)原性蛋白(S100β)、髓鞘堿性蛋白(MBP)、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)和腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子(BDNF)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組總有效率為80.43%,顯著低于治療組的97.83%(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組NIHSS評(píng)分顯著降低,F(xiàn)MA評(píng)分和Barthel指數(shù)顯著升高(P<0.05),且治療組改善最明顯(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清GFAP、S100β和MBP水平顯著降低,但NSE和BDNF水平均顯著升高(P<0.05),且治療組改善最明顯(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 腦得生片聯(lián)合長春西汀注射液治療腦出血恢復(fù)期可有效改善患者神經(jīng)功能損傷,促進(jìn)機(jī)體神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)改善,提高運(yùn)動(dòng)功能和降低殘疾程度,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Naodesheng Tablets combined with vinpocetine in treatment of convalescence of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Patients (92 cases) with convalescence of cerebral hemorrhage in Henan Hongli Hospital from July 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups by double chromosphere, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Vinpocetine Injection, 20 mg/time added into normal saline 500 mL, and the dose can be increased to 30 mg/time if necessary, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naodesheng Tablets on the basis of the control group, 6 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the NIHSS scores, FMA scores and Barthel indexes, and the serum nerve injury indexes of GFAP, S100β, MBP, NSE and BDNF in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 80.43%, which was significantly lower than 97.83% of the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores were significantly decreased, while the FMA scores and Barthel indexes were significantly increased in two groups (P<0.05), and the improvement was the most obvious in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GFAP, S100β and MBP were significantly decreased, but the levels of NSE and BDNF were significantly increased in two groups, and the improvement in the treatment group is the more obvious (P<0.05).Conclusion Naodesheng Tablets combined with Vinpocetine Injection in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage recovery period can effectively improve the neurological function, promote the improvement of the neurotrophic status, improve motor function and reduce the degree of disability, which has a certain clinical application value.
