目的 探討銀翹解毒顆粒聯(lián)合阿比多爾片治療甲型流感的療效及對(duì)炎癥介質(zhì)的影響。方法 選取2019年5月—2020年11月在天津市中醫(yī)藥研究院附屬醫(yī)院治療的96例甲型流感患者，根據(jù)用藥的差別分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各48例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸阿比多爾片，0.2 g/次，3次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服銀翹解毒顆粒，15 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療7 d后。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間，血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、血清淀粉樣蛋白A（SAA）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，治療組的總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組（97.92% vs 83.33%，P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，治療組在退熱時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間、咽喉疼痛消失時(shí)間及病毒轉(zhuǎn)陰時(shí)間上均短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組血清CRP、IL-1β、MCP-1、SAA、TNF-α水平均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組最明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 銀翹解毒顆粒聯(lián)合阿比多爾片治療甲型流感可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，降低機(jī)體炎癥介質(zhì)水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yinqiao Jiedu Granules combined with Abidol Tablets in treatment of influenza A and its influence on inflammatory mediators. Methods Patients (96 cases) with influenza A in Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the difference of medication, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Arbidol Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinqiao Jiedu Granules on the basis of the control group, 15 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptom, the serum levels of CRP, IL-1β, MCP-1, SAA, and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.92% vs 83.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, throat pain disappearance time and virus negative time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, IL-1β, MCP-1, SAA, and TNF-α were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yinqiao Jiedu Granules combined with Abidol Tablets in the treatment of influenza A can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory mediators, which has a certain clinical application value.
