[摘要]
目的 研究3-{[(叔丁基二甲基硅基)氧基]甲基}環(huán)丁烷-1-羧酸的合成工藝路線。方法 以3-亞甲基環(huán)丁基腈為起始原料,經(jīng)過水解、還原、硅醚保護(hù)、硼氫化氧化、氧化等實(shí)驗(yàn)操作合成3-{[(叔丁基二甲基硅基)氧基]甲基}環(huán)丁烷-1-羧酸。結(jié)果 合成了目標(biāo)化合物,并利用NMR、HR-MS確證了結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)論 3-{[(叔丁基二甲基硅基)氧基]甲基}環(huán)丁烷-1-羧酸合成工藝操作性好,條件溫和,無需貴重試劑和柱色譜操作,適于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the synthetic routes of 3-{[(tert-butyldimethylsilyl) oxy] methyl} cyclobutane-1-carboxylic acid. Methods With 3-methylenecyclobutane-1-carbonitrile as the starting material, 3-{[(tert-butyldimethylsilyl) oxy] methyl} cyclobutane-1-carboxylic acid was synthesized through optimized synthetic procedures by using tipical synthetic operations including:hydrolysis, reduction, protection, oxidation. Results The target molecule was successfully synthesized and the structure was confirmed by NMR and HR-MS spectroscopy. Conclusion The synthesis process of 3-{[(tert-butyldimethylsilyl) oxy] methyl} cyclobutane-1-carboxylic acid has good operability, mild conditions without using expensive transion metals and column-purification, which is quite suitable for industrial production.
