目的 探討牛黃清心丸聯(lián)合依達拉奉注射液治療急性腦梗死的臨床效果。方法 選取2020年3月-2020年8月天津中醫(yī)藥大學第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的100例急性腦梗死患者，隨機分為對照組（n=50）和治療組（n=50）。對照組患者靜脈滴注依達拉奉注射液，30 mg加入100 mL生理鹽水中充分稀釋，0.5 h內滴注完畢，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎上口服牛黃清心丸，1丸/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床效果，比較兩組治療前后美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NHISS）評分、Barthel指數(shù)、超敏C反應蛋白（hs-CRP）的變化情況。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率是94.00%，顯著高于對照組的82.00%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者Barthel指數(shù)均可見升高，但NHISS評分、hs-CRP水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組Barthel指數(shù)高于對照組，而NHISS評分、hs-CRP水平低于對照組（P<0.05）。結論 牛黃清心丸聯(lián)合依達拉奉治療急性腦梗死具有良好的協(xié)同增效作用，能夠改善患者神經(jīng)功能，提高患者日常生活活動能力，具有臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Niuhuang Qingxin Pills combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group (n =50) and treatment group (n =50). Patients in the control group were iv administered with Edaravone Injection, 30 mg was fully diluted into 100 mL normal saline, and then intravenous infusion was completed within 0.5 h, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Niuhuang Qingxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 1 pill daily. Both groups were treated for 14 d. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed, and the changes of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NHISS) score, Barthel index, and hs-CRP were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.00%, significantly higher than that of control group 82.00% (P<0.05). After treatment, Barthel index increased in two groups, but NHISS score and hs-CRP level decreased significantly (P<0.05). After treatment, Barthel index in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, while NHISS score and hs-CRP levels were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Niuhuang Qingxin Pills combined with edaravone has good synergistic effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and can improve patients' neurological function and patients' ability of daily living activities, which has clinical application value.
