目的 探討小兒腸胃康顆粒聯(lián)合蒙脫石散治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年2月-2021年4月天津市寧河區(qū)醫(yī)院兒科收治的90例輪狀病毒性腸炎患兒作為研究對象，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患兒分為對照組和治療組，每組各45例。對照組患兒口服蒙脫石散，6個月~1歲，1次/d，3 g/次；1~2歲，2次/d，3 g/次；2歲以上，3次/d，3 g/次。治療組患兒在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服小兒腸胃康顆粒，3次/d，5 g/次。兩組患兒連續(xù)治療5 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患兒大便頻次、退熱時間、止瀉時間、止吐時間以及血清中C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患兒的總有效率（93.33%）比對照組（77.78%）高，組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的大便頻次顯著降低（P<0.05），治療組的大便頻次明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的退熱時間、止瀉時間、止吐時間短于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平顯著降低（P<0.05），治療組血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 小兒腸胃康顆粒聯(lián)合蒙脫石散可提高小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎的臨床療效，減輕主要臨床癥狀，降低炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoer Changweikang Granules combined with Montmorillonite Powder in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Children (90 cases) with infantile rotavirus enteritis in Department of Pediatrics, Tianjin Ninghe Hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 45 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Montmorillonite Powder, 6 months-1 year old, once daily, 3 g/time; 1-2 years old, twice daily, 3 g/time; Over 2 years old, three times daily, 3 g/time. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Changweikang Granules on the basis of the control group, three times daily, 5 g/time. Children in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and stool frequency, antipyretic time, antidiarrheal time, antiemetic time, and the serum levels of CRP, IL-6, and IL-8 in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (77.78%), and there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the stool frequency of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the stool frequency of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time, antidiarrheal time, and antiemetic time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, IL-6, and IL-8 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Changweikang Granules combined with Montmorillonite Powder can improve the curative effect of infantile rotavirus enteritis, reduce the main clinical symptoms, and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
