目的 探討蓮必治注射液聯(lián)合奧司他韋治療病毒性肺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年1月-2021年1月在平煤神馬醫(yī)療集團(tuán)總醫(yī)院住院治療的126例病毒性肺炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各63例。對(duì)照組口服磷酸奧司他韋膠囊，75 mg/次，1次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注蓮必治注射液，0.5 g/次，加入到0.9%氯化鈉注射液中，1次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間，血清白細(xì)胞介素6（IL-6）、白細(xì)胞介素8（IL-8）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率為98.41%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的84.13%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組發(fā)熱、咳嗽、頭痛、肺部啰音好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清炎性因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組血清炎性因子水平顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 蓮必治注射液聯(lián)合奧司他韋治療病毒性肝炎效果顯著，臨床癥狀可快速緩解，并能降低機(jī)體炎性反應(yīng)，值得臨床借鑒與推廣使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lianbizhi Injection combined with oseltamivir in treatment of viral pneumonia. Methods A total of 126 patients with viral pneumonia hospitalized in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number method, with 63 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules, 75 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Lianbizhi Injection on the basis of the control group, 0.5 g/time, added to 0.9% sodium chloride injection, once daily. Both groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), and C-reactive protein (CRP) were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.41%, significantly higher than that in the control group (84.13%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of fever, cough, headache, and pulmonary rales in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of serum inflammatory factors in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lianbizhi Injection combined with oseltamivir has significant effect in treatment of viral pneumonia, and can relieved clinical symptoms quickly, and can reduce the inflammatory response of the body, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
