目的 探討金梔潔齦含漱液聯(lián)合甲硝唑口頰片治療牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年10月-2020年10月在天津市第五中心醫(yī)院門診牙科治療的118例牙周炎患者，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各59例。對照組患者飯后含服甲硝唑口頰片，將藥片置于牙齦和齦頰溝間含服，1片/次，3次/d。治療組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予金梔潔齦含漱液，15 mL/次，3次/d，含漱1 min即可。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀緩解時間、牙周探診相關(guān)指標(biāo)和血清炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是98.31%，顯著高于對照組83.05%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者牙齦出血緩解時間、紅腫緩解時間、充血緩解時間、疼痛緩解時間均顯著短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者牙周菌斑指數(shù)（PLI）、牙齦溝出血指數(shù)（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）、牙周附著喪失（AL）指標(biāo)均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組牙周相關(guān)指標(biāo)改善優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清炎性因子白細(xì)胞介素6（IL-6）、白細(xì)胞介素1β（IL-1β）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平均顯著降低，但白細(xì)胞介素10（IL-10）顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組炎性因子水平改善優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金梔潔齦含漱液聯(lián)合甲硝唑口頰片治療牙周炎效果顯著，臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)明顯，能有效改善牙周組織狀態(tài)，并能降低局部炎癥反應(yīng)，值得臨床借鑒與推廣。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle combined with Metronidazole Buccal Tablets in treatment of periodontitis. Methods A total of 118 patients with periodontitis who received outpatient dental treatment in Tianjin Fifth Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Metronidazole Buccal Tablets after meal, which was placed between gingiva and gingival buccal sulcus, 1 tablet/time, 3 times daily. Patients in the treatment group were given Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle for 1 min on the basis of the control group, 15 mL/time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, and the remission time of clinical symptoms, related indexes of periodontal examination and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 98.31%, significantly higher than that of control group 83.05% (P<0.05). After treatment, the remission time of gingival bleeding, redness and swelling, congestion and pain in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, periodontal plaque index (PLI), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI), periodontal pocket depth (PD), and periodontal attachment loss (AL) in treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of periodontal related indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 1β (IL-1β) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in serum of two groups were significantly decreased, but interleukin 10 (IL-10) was significantly increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle combined with Metronidazole Buccal Tablets has significantly effective in treatment of periodontitis, and can effectively improve the status of periodontal tissue and reduce local inflammatory reaction, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
