目的 分析中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的應(yīng)用情況及用藥趨勢(shì)，為臨床合理用藥和科學(xué)規(guī)范管理提供依據(jù)，促進(jìn)麻醉藥品的合理使用。方法 收集2017-2019年中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院住院患者麻醉藥品使用的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，將金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）、排序比（B/A）等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2017-2019年中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院住院藥房使用的麻醉藥品涉及14個(gè)品規(guī)，麻醉藥品的銷售金額總體上呈逐年遞增趨勢(shì)。其中羥考酮注射液、枸櫞酸舒芬太尼注射液（0.05 mg）和注射用鹽酸瑞芬太尼（2 mg）的銷售金額排序均穩(wěn)居前3位。枸櫞酸舒芬太尼注射液（0.05 mg）、麻黃堿注射液（30 mg）的DDDs連續(xù)3年排在前2位，枸櫞酸芬太尼注射液（0.5 mg）的DDDs在2019年有所下降。注射用瑞芬太尼（2 mg）的DDDs在2019年有所上升。羥考酮注射液（10 mg）、注射用瑞芬太尼（2 mg）、注射用瑞芬太尼（1 mg）、枸櫞酸舒芬太尼注射液（0.05 mg）的DDC值排在前4位。結(jié)論 中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院住院患者使用麻醉藥品的銷售金額逐年增加，麻醉藥品的使用及管理基本符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和診療規(guī)范，但仍需要進(jìn)一步規(guī)范臨床用藥，加強(qiáng)監(jiān)控與干預(yù)。

Objective To analyze the application and tendency of narcotic drugs in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, so as to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use, scientific and standardized management, and promote rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods The relevant data of narcotic drug use in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from 2017 to 2019 were collected, and the amount, dosage, DDDs, DDC, and B/A were statistically analyzed. Results From 2017 to 2019, the narcotic drugs used in the inpatient pharmacy of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University involved 14 drug specifications, and the consumption sum of narcotic drugs generally showed an increasing trend year by year. Among them, the consumption sum of Oxycodone Injection, Sufentanil Citrate Injection (0.05 mg), and Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection (2 mg) all ranked the top 3. DDDs of Sufentanil Citrate Injection (0.05 mg) and Ephedrine Injection (30 mg) ranked first and second for three consecutive years. DDDs of Fentanyl Citrate Injection (0.5 mg) were decreased in 2019, but DDDs of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection (2 mg) were increased. The DDC values of Oxycodone Injection (10 mg), Remifentanil for Injection (2 mg), Remifentanil for Injection (1 mg), and Sufentanil Citrate Injection (0.05 mg) ranked the first 4. Conclusion The sales amount of narcotic drugs used by inpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University has increased year by year, the use and management of narcotic drugs basically conform to the relevant standards and treatment norms, but it is still necessary to further standardize the clinical drug use and strengthen monitoring and intervention.
