目的 探討益心康泰膠囊聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療高脂血癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年1月—2021年4月河南省胸科醫(yī)院收治的82例高脂血癥患者作為研究對象，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組41例。對照組口服阿托伐他汀鈣片，20 mg/次，1次/d。治療組患者在對照組基礎上口服益心康泰膠囊，1.0 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療2個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組生活質(zhì)量、血脂和血清血管內(nèi)皮功能指標水平。結果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為95.12%，對照組的總有效率為80.49%，兩組間有明顯差異（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的生活質(zhì)量綜合評定問卷（GQOLI-74）評分顯著升高，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05），且治療組GQOLI-74評分升高更明顯，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的三酰甘油（TG）、總膽固醇（TC）、TC-高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）/HDL-C顯著降低，HDL-C明顯升高（P<0.05）；且治療組的TG、TC、TC-HDL-C/HDL-C低于對照組，HDL-C高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的內(nèi)皮素-1（ET-1）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）水平顯著降低，一氧化氮（NO）水平顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療組的ET-1、IL-6水平低于對照組，NO水平高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 益心康泰膠囊聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療高脂血癥的療效確切，能改善患者的生活質(zhì)量，降低血脂，調(diào)節(jié)血管內(nèi)皮功能，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yixinkangtai Capsules combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods Patients (82 cases) with hyperlipidemia in Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yixinkangtai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.0 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the quality of life, the blood lipids, and the serum levels of vascular endothelial function fators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%, while that of the control group was 80.49%, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the GQOLI-74 scores of two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the GQOLI-74 scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the TG, TC, and TC-HDL-C/HDL-C in two groups were significantly decreased, but the HDL-C in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). The levels of TG, TC, and TC-HDL-C/HDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the HDL-C in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of ET-1 and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the level of NO in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). And the levels of ET-1 and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the level of NO in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yixinkangtai Capsules combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets has clinical effect in treatment of hyperlipidemia, can further improve the quality of life of patients, reduce blood lipid, regulate vascular endothelial function, with good safety.
