目的 探究滿金止咳片聯(lián)合吸入用異丙托溴銨溶液治療慢性支氣管炎的療效及其對(duì)白細(xì)胞介素2受體（IL-2R）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-10（IL-10）水平的影響。方法 選取2018年12月—2020年12月在鄭州大學(xué)附屬洛陽(yáng)中心醫(yī)院治療的102例慢性支氣管炎患者。按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各51例。對(duì)照組患者霧化吸入吸入用異丙托溴銨溶液，2 mL/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服滿金止咳片，5片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間、肺功能指標(biāo)[達(dá)峰時(shí)間比（tPTEF/tE）、達(dá)峰容積比（VPEF/VE）、潮氣量（VT）、呼吸頻率（RR）]、血?dú)庵笜?biāo)[二氧化碳分壓（pCO₂）、動(dòng)脈血氧分壓（pO₂）、血清酸堿度（pH值）]和血清炎性因子（IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為88.24%，對(duì)照組總有效率為64.71%，對(duì)照組總有效率明顯降低于治療組（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組咳嗽、氣喘、肺部濕啰音消失時(shí)間與對(duì)照組比較均明顯縮短（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組tPTEF/tE、VPEF/VE、VT水平均明顯升高，RR水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且與對(duì)照組比較，治療組tPTEF/tE、VPEF/VE、VT水平明顯高于對(duì)照組，RR水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組pO₂、pH值均明顯升高，pCO₂水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療后，治療組pO₂、pH值明顯高于對(duì)照組，pCO₂水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8水平均明顯降低，血清IL-10水平明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療后，治療組血清IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8水平低于對(duì)照組，血清IL-10水平高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 滿金止咳片聯(lián)合吸入用異丙托溴銨溶液治療慢性支氣管炎可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，提高肺功能，調(diào)節(jié)血?dú)庵笜?biāo)，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，安全性較好。

Objective To explore the clinical study of Manjin Zhike Tablets combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution for inhalation in treatment of chronic bronchitis and its influences on the levels of IL-2R, IL-6, IL-8, and IL-10. Methods Patients (102 cases) with chronic bronchitis in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from December 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 51 cases. Patients in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Ipratropium Bromide Solution for inhalation, 2 mL/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Manjin Zhike Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the symptom relief time, pulmonary function indexes (tPTEF/tE, VPEF/VE, VT, and RR), blood gas indexes (pCO₂,pO₂, and pH value), and serum inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the control group (64.71%) was significantly lower than 88.24% in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of cough, asthma, and lung wet rales in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of tPTEF/tE, VPEF/VE, and VT in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of RR were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of tPTEF/tE, VPEF/VE, and VT in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but the level of RR was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pO₂ and pH value in two groups were significantly increased, but the level of pCO₂ in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pO₂ and pH value in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but the level of pO₂ in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2R, IL-6, and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the serum level of IL-10 were significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2R, IL-6, and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the serum level of IL-10 in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Manjin Zhike Tablets combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution for inhalation in treatment of chronic bronchitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve lung function, regulate blood gas indexes, reduce inflammatory reaction, with good safety.
