目的 探究藤黃健骨膠囊聯(lián)合艾瑞昔布片治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月—2020年12月開(kāi)封市人民醫(yī)院收治的112例膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各56例。對(duì)照組餐后口服艾瑞昔布片，2次/d，0.1 g/次；治療組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上餐后口服藤黃健骨膠囊，2次/d，1 g/次。兩組患者治療8周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者血清白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、IL-17、IL-23和胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子1（IGF-1）水平，及視覺(jué)模擬法評(píng)分（VAS）和膝關(guān)節(jié)功能（Lysholm）評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為92.86%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的83.93%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清IL-1β、IL-17、IL-23、IGF-1水平均明顯下降（P<0.05），且治療組更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者VAS評(píng)分明顯降低，而Lysholm評(píng)分明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組患者評(píng)分明顯好于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 藤黃健骨膠囊聯(lián)合艾瑞昔布片治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎，能夠明顯改善患者炎癥反應(yīng)，緩解疼痛程度，提高膝關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)效率和臨床療效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules combined with irecoxib in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (112 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in Kaifeng People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according the random number table method, and each group had 56 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Imrecoxib Tablets after meal, 0.1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules after meal, 1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, the levels of serum IL-1β, IL-17, IL-23 and IGF-1, the VAS and Lysholm knee scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than 83.93% of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-1β, IL-17, IL-23 and IGF-1 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, while the Lysholm scores were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules combined with irecoxib in treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the inflammatory response, relieve the degree of pain, and improve the recovery efficiency of knee joint function and clinical effect.
