目的 探討金蚧片聯(lián)合伐地那非治療勃起功能障礙的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年11月—2020年11月在天津市泰達(dá)醫(yī)院泌尿外科門診治療的96例勃起功能障礙患者，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各48例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸伐地那非片，10 mg/次，在性交前25～60 min服用。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服金蚧片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)服用藥物8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后陰莖血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)、國際勃起功能評(píng)分-5（IIEF-5）、勃起硬度評(píng)分（EHS）、睪酮水平變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是97.92%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的81.25%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者陰莖血流動(dòng)力學(xué)中舒張末期峰值流速（EDV）、血流阻力指數(shù)（RI）均高于對(duì)照組，但收縮期峰值流速（PSV）低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組患者陰莖血流動(dòng)力學(xué)中各指標(biāo)改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IIEF-5、EHS評(píng)分均顯著升高；治療后，治療組IIEF-5、EHS評(píng)分均顯著高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者睪酮水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療后治療組睪酮水平高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金蚧片聯(lián)合伐地那非治療勃起功能障礙療效顯著，可有效改善陰莖勃起功能，且具有較高的治療安全性，值得臨床借鑒與推廣。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jinjie Tablet combined with vardenafil in treatment of erectile dysfunction. Methods A total of 96 patients with erectile dysfunction treated in the Urology Department of TEDA Hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Vardenafil Hydrochloride Tablets, 10 mg/time, 25 to 60 minutes before intercourse. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinjie Tablet on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Both groups took the drug for eight weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, and the changes of penile hemodynamic indexes, international erectile function score -5 (IIEF-5), erectile hardness score (EHS) and testosterone levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.92%, significantly higher than that in the control group (81.25%, P < 0.05). After treatment, EDV and RI indexes of penile hemodynamics in treatment group were higher than control group, but PSV was lower than control group (P < 0.05). Moreover, after treatment, all indexes of penile hemodynamics in the treatment group were improved better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, IIEF-5 and EHS scores were significantly increased in two groups. After treatment, IIEF-5 and EHS scores in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of testosterone in two groups was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the level of testosterone in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jinjie Tablet combined with vardenafil has good clinical effect in treatment of erectile dysfunction, and can effectively improve penile erection function, and has a high therapeutic safety, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
