藥物–藥物相互作用是目前臨床不良反應(yīng)的主要來(lái)源之一，藥物相互作用產(chǎn)生的效益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響藥物的安全性和有效性。根據(jù)藥物在體內(nèi)的過(guò)程，分別從吸收、分布、代謝、排泄4個(gè)方面闡述了體內(nèi)藥物相互作用機(jī)制并佐以實(shí)例；潛在藥物相互作用的研究以預(yù)測(cè)其可能發(fā)生的藥物相互作用也已成為藥物開(kāi)發(fā)的必須過(guò)程，綜述了近些年比較成熟的藥物相互作用評(píng)價(jià)模型的及其研究進(jìn)展。

Drug-drug interaction is one of the main sources of clinical side effects. The benefits and risks of drug interaction will seriously affect the safety and effectiveness of drugs. According to the process of drugsin vivo, this paper expounds the mechanism of drug interaction in vivo from four aspects:absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion; In order to predict their possible drug interactions, and to study potential drug interactions which has also been a necessary process for drug development, this paper also reviews the development and progress of relatively mature drug interaction models in recent years.
