海洋中復(fù)雜的生存條件造就了海洋天然產(chǎn)物區(qū)別于陸地天然產(chǎn)物的獨(dú)特結(jié)構(gòu)和多樣的生理活性。從海洋生物中提取的活性物質(zhì)大多具有良好的抗炎、抗腫瘤、免疫調(diào)節(jié)和治療心血管疾病等作用。心血管疾病又稱循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病，在我國的患病率和死亡率不斷增加，成為城鄉(xiāng)居民致死和致殘的首要原因。就近年來海洋天然產(chǎn)物在治療心血管疾病方面抗血栓形成、改善心功能、抗高血壓的作用機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。

The complex living conditions in the ocean result in the unique structure and various active substances of marine natural products, which are different from those on land. Most of the active substances extracted from marine organisms have good effects on anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, immune regulation and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular disease, as known as circulatory system disease, is currently increasing in morbidity and mortality in China, and it is becoming the leading cause of death and disability among people. This study provides a reference on marine natural products in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, such as anti-thrombosis, improving heart function, and anti-hypertensive effect in the recent years.
