[摘要]
中藥湯劑是現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)臨床中應(yīng)用最為廣泛的劑型之一,其質(zhì)量與臨床療效密切相關(guān),受到歷代醫(yī)者的重視。隨著現(xiàn)代機(jī)器煎藥技術(shù)的發(fā)展,湯劑質(zhì)量的影響因素愈加復(fù)雜,使中藥湯劑的質(zhì)量控制已經(jīng)成為中藥領(lǐng)域研究的重要課題。擬通過(guò)對(duì)湯劑質(zhì)量的影響因素進(jìn)行淺析,并結(jié)合工作體會(huì)就控制湯劑質(zhì)量的方法和措施進(jìn)行討論,以期為提高湯劑質(zhì)量、保障臨床療效提供參考。

Traditional Chinese medicine decoction is one of the most widely used dosage forms in modern clinical practice. Its quality is closely related to clinical efficacy, and has been attached great attention by doctors of all ages. With the development of modern decocting technology, the factors affecting the quality of decoction are more and more complicated, which makes the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine decoction become an important subject in the field of medicine. The factors affecting the quality of decoction were analyzed, and the methods and measures to control the quality of decoction were discussed based on the working experience in this paper, which might provide reference for improving the quality of decoction and ensuring the clinical efficacy.
