目的 探討桂龍咳喘寧膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入氣霧劑治療支氣管哮喘的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年1月—2021年6月開封市第二中醫(yī)院收治的114例支氣管哮喘患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將114例患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各57例。對照組霧化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入氣霧劑，200 μg/次，3次/d。治療組患者在對照組基礎上口服桂龍咳喘寧膠囊，1.5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療1個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀消失時間、肺功能指標和血清中透明質酸（HA）、轉化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、堿性成纖維細胞生長因子（BFGF）水平。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率（94.74%）明顯高于對照組總有效率（82.46%）（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者咳嗽、咯痰、哮鳴音消失時間明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的第一秒用力呼氣量占用力肺活量比值（FEV1/FVC）、用力呼出25%肺活量的呼氣流量占預計值百分比（FEF25% pred）顯著升高，呼氣流速峰值（PEFR）顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組的FEV1/FVC、FEF25% pred高于對照組，PEFR低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清HA、TGF-β₁、BFGF水平均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組血清HA、TGF-β₁、BFGF水平比對照組降低更顯著（P<0.05）。結論 桂龍咳喘寧膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入氣霧劑可提高支氣管哮喘的臨床療效，減輕臨床癥狀，提高肺功能指標，降低血清HA、TGF-β1、BFGF水平，治療安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guilong Kechuanning Capsules combined with Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Patients (114 cases) with bronchial asthma in Kaifeng Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 57 cases. Patients in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol, 200 μg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guilong Kechuanning Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, pulmonary function indexes, and the levels of HA, TGF-β₁, and BFGF in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (94.74%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.46%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of cough, expectoration, and wheezing in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1/FVC and FEF25% pred in two groups were significantly increased, but the PEFR in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The FEV1/FVC and FEF25% pred in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the PEFR in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of HA, TGF-β₁, and BFGF of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serum levels of HA, TGF-β₁, and BFGF in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Guilong Kechuanning Capsules combined with Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol can improve the curative effect of bronchial asthma, reduce clinical symptoms, improve pulmonary function indexes, and reduce the serum levels of HA, TGF-β₁, and BFGF, with good safety.
