目的 探討消糖靈膠囊聯(lián)合艾塞那肽注射液治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年1月—2021年3月河南中醫(yī)藥大學第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的72例2型糖尿病患者作為研究對象，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各36例。對照組皮下注射艾塞那肽注射液，10 μg/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服消糖靈膠囊，3粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療3個月。觀察兩組的治療效果，比較兩組患者治療前后白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白細胞介素-18（IL-18）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為94.44%，對照組的總有效率為77.78%，組間比較有明顯差異（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α水平顯著降低（P<0.05），且以治療組IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α水平降低的更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c均明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組的FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 消糖靈膠囊聯(lián)合艾塞那肽注射液治療糖尿病療效確切，能夠降低血清炎癥指標水平和血糖，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaotangling Capsules combined with Exenatide Injection in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Patients (72 cases) with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 36 cases. Patients in the control group were sc administered with Exenatide Injection, 10 μg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaotangling Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the levels of IL-1β, IL-18, TNF-α, FBG, 2 h PG, and HbA1c in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 77.78% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, IL-18, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-1β, IL-18, and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the FBG, 2h PG, and HbA1c in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the FBG, 2h PG, and HbA1c in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaotangling Capsules combined with Exenatide Injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is effective, which can reduce the serum levels of inflammatory markers and blood glucose, with good safety.
