目的 探討尿毒清顆粒聯(lián)合他克莫司膠囊治療腎病綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年1月—2020年12月駐馬店市中心醫(yī)院收治的94例醫(yī)院腎病綜合征患者資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各47例。對(duì)照組口服他克莫司膠囊，0.05 mg/kg，1次/d，控制血藥濃度維持在10 ng/mL。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上每日6：00、12：00、18：00時(shí)口服尿毒清顆粒，5 g/次，每日22：00時(shí)口服尿毒清顆粒10 g。兩組患者持續(xù)治療2個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后的腎功能、脂代謝。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為93.62%，高于對(duì)照組的總有效率78.72%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、24 h尿蛋白定量（24 h Upro）水平均降低（P<0.05），且治療組Scr、BUN、24 h Upro水平低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組三酰甘油（TG）水平均降低，高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）水平均升高（P<0.05）；且治療組TG水平低于對(duì)照組，HDL-C水平高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 尿毒清顆粒聯(lián)合他克莫司膠囊治療腎病綜合征能有效改善腎功能，糾正脂質(zhì)代謝紊亂，提高療效，且安全性較高。

Objective To analyze the effect of Niaoduqing Granules combined with Tacrolimus Capsules in treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods Patients (94 cases) with nephrotic syndrome in Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 47 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tacrolimus Capsules, 0.05 mg/kg, once daily, and the blood concentration was maintained at 10 ng/mL. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Niaoduqing Granules at 6:00, 12:00, and 18:00 on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, and taken orally 10 g at 22:00 every day. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and renal function (Scr, BUN, and 24 h Upro) and lipid metabolism (TG and HDL-C) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.62%, which was higher than 78.72% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN, and 24 h Upro in two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of Scr, BUN, and 24 h Upro in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TG in two groups were decreased, but the levels of HDL-C in two groups were increased (P<0.05). The levels of TG in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but the levels of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Niaoduqing Granules combined with Tacrolimus Capsules can effectively improve the renal function with nephrotic syndrome, correct the disorder of lipid metabolism, improve the therapeutic effect, with good safety.
