目的 探討牙痛停滴丸聯(lián)合替硝唑治療智齒冠周炎的臨床研究。方法 選取2019年3月—2021年3月在天津市職業(yè)病防治院診治的92例冠周炎患者，隨機分為對照組（46例）和治療組（46例）。對照組含漱替硝唑含漱液，2 mL混勻到50 mL溫開水中，含嗽1 min后吐棄，3次/d。治療組患者在對照組的基礎上于患處口含牙痛停滴丸，2丸/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)用藥7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間，牙周菌斑指數(shù)評分（PLI）、出血指數(shù)評分（BI）和牙齦指數(shù)評分（GI）評分，血清炎性因子白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）、降鈣素原（PCT）和C反應蛋白（CRP）水平及不良反應情況。結果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率明顯高于對照組（97.82%vs 80.43%，P<0.05）；治療后，治療組患者臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間明顯早于對照組（P<0.05）；治療后，兩組患者牙周PLI、BI、GI評分比治療前均明顯下降（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清炎性因子IL-1β、TNF-α、PCT、CRP水平均明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療組不良反應總發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組（6.52%vs 15.22%，P<0.05）。結論 牙痛停滴丸聯(lián)合濃替硝唑含漱液治療冠周炎患者臨床效果顯著，有效降低牙周炎性反應，且藥物不良反應發(fā)生率較低。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yatongting Dripping Pills combined with tinidazole in treatment of wisdom teeth pericoronitis. Methods Patients (92 cases) with wisdom teeth pericoronitis in Tianjin Occupational Disease Precaution and Therapeutic Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control (46 cases) and treatment (46 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were gargle administered with Concentrated Tinidazole Gargles, 2 mL added into 50 mL warm water, spat out after 1 minute, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Yatongting Dripping Pills in the affected area, 2 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the scores of periodontal PLI, BI, and GI, the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, PCT, and CRP, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.82% vs 80.43%, P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of periodontal PLI, BI, and GI in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors IL-1β, TNF-α, PCT, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (6.52% vs 15.22%, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Yatongting Dripping Pills combined with tinidazole in treatment of wisdom teeth pericoronitis is remarkable, the periodontal inflammatory reaction is effectively reduced, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is low.
