目的 對天津中醫(yī)藥大學第一附屬醫(yī)院2018年1月—2020年12月中藥配方顆粒的使用情況進行分析，總結(jié)中藥配方顆粒應(yīng)用規(guī)律，保障臨床合理用藥。方法 利用醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)分析2018—2020年中藥配方顆粒的使用情況。結(jié)果 醫(yī)院中藥配方顆粒2018—2020年總體應(yīng)用呈現(xiàn)先增長后下降的趨勢；銷售量和銷售額排名前15名的品種相對固定，補虛藥的用量最高，這與醫(yī)院就診患者特點相符；中藥配方顆粒在各月的應(yīng)用具有一定的規(guī)律性和周期性。結(jié)論 中藥配方顆粒目前已成為醫(yī)院用藥的重要組成部分，可作為飲片應(yīng)用的重要補充形式，對其進行合理利用，能夠為廣大患者提供更好的服務(wù)。

Objective To analyze the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicinal granules in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2018 — 2020, so as to summarize the medication rule and ensure clinical rational drug use. Methods Statistical analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules from 2018 to 2020 by using the hospital information system. Results From 2018 to 2020, the overall application of traditional Chinese medicine granules in our hospital showed a trend of growth first and then decline. The top 15 varieties in consumption amount and consumption sum are relatively fixed, and the dosage of tonic drugs is the highest, which is consistent with the characteristics of patients in the hospital. The clinical use of traditional Chinese medicinal granules in each month has a certain regularity and periodicity. Conclusion At present, traditional Chinese medicine granules have become an important part of hospital medication, and can be used as an important supplementary form of decoction pieces. Reasonable use of it can provide better services for the majority of patients.
