白芍總苷可以改善動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化程度和心肌重構(gòu)、減輕心肌缺血、縮小心肌梗死面積、減輕心肌缺血再灌注損傷，具有心肌和血管保護(hù)作用，其機(jī)制與調(diào)節(jié)血脂、抗血小板聚集、抑制氧化應(yīng)激、減輕炎癥損傷、抑制細(xì)胞凋亡/焦亡相關(guān)。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)梳理文獻(xiàn)，深入探討白芍總苷的心血管保護(hù)效應(yīng)及其作用機(jī)制，為白芍總苷防治心血管疾病提供新策略。

Total glucoside of paeony (TGP) can improve the degree of atherosclerosis and myocardial remodeling, relieve myocardial ischemia, decrease the size of myocardial infarction, reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, and has myocardial and vascular protective effects. Its mechanism is related to regulating blood lipid, anti-platelet aggregation, inhibiting oxidative stress, reducing inflammatory injury and inhibiting apoptosis / pyroptosis. Through systematic review of literature reports, this article discusses in depth the cardiovascular protective effects of TGP and its mechanism of action, and provides a new strategy for TGP to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases.
