目的 探討膽木浸膏糖漿聯(lián)合氧氟沙星滴耳液治療兒童急性中耳炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年6月—2021年6月鄭州大學附屬兒童醫(yī)院五官科收治的116例兒童急性中耳炎患兒，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患兒分為對照組和治療組，每組各58例。對照組患兒給予氧氟沙星滴耳液滴耳，5滴/次，2次/d。治療組患兒在對照組的治療基礎上口服膽木浸膏糖漿，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組治療14 d。觀察兩組患兒的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間和血清因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是98.27%，顯著高于對照組的82.75%（P<0.05）。治療組患兒耳痛、鼓膜充血、耳鳴、聽力下降等癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間均顯著短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組免疫球蛋白E（IgE）、白細胞介素-2（IL-2）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）水平均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組患兒血清因子水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 膽木浸膏糖漿聯(lián)合氧氟沙星滴耳液治療兒童急性中耳炎具有較好的臨床療效，有效改善患兒癥狀，能降低患兒炎癥反應，值得臨床推廣應用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Danmujin Cream Syrup combined with Ofloxacin Ear Drops in treatment of acute otitis media in children. Methods A total of 116 children with acute otitis media treated in the Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology, Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected. All the children were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Ofloxacin Ear Drops, 5 drops/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danmujin Cream Syrup on the basis of control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and serum factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.27%, significantly higher than that in the control group (82.75%, P < 0.05). The improvement time of earache, eardrum congestion, tinnitus, hearing loss and other symptoms in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE), interleukin-2 (IL-2), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum factor level in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Danmujin Cream Syrup combined with Ofloxacin Ear Drops has good clinical efficacy in treatment of acute otitis media in children, and can effectively improve the symptoms of children, and can reduce the inflammatory response of children, which is worthy of clinical application.
