目的 探討前列康舒膠囊聯(lián)合諾氟沙星膠囊治療慢性前列腺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年7月-2021年6月在鶴壁市人民醫(yī)院就診的130例慢性前列腺炎患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組,每組各65例。對照組患者口服諾氟沙星膠囊,0.4g/次,2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服前列康舒膠囊,1.5 g/次,3次/d。兩組治療28 d后統(tǒng)計療效。觀察兩組的臨床療效,比較兩組的慢性前列腺炎癥狀指數(shù)(NIH-CPSI)評分、尿流動力學(xué)指標(biāo)和前列腺液中炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組的總有效率為95.38%,對照組的總有效率為84.62%,組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的NIH-CPSI評分均顯著降低(P<0.05);且治療組NIH-CPSI評分明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的最大尿流速、參與尿量明顯增多,有效排尿時間明顯縮短(P<0.05);治療后治療組的最大尿流速、參與尿量比對照組高,有效排尿時間比對照組短,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的前列腺液腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、白細(xì)胞介素-2(IL-2)、白細(xì)胞介素-8(IL-8)水平顯著降低(P<0.05);治療組的前列腺液TNF-α、IL-2、IL-8水平比對照組低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 前列康舒膠囊聯(lián)合諾氟沙星膠囊治療慢性前列腺炎的療效確切,能控制病情程度,改善尿流動力學(xué)指標(biāo),減輕炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Kangshu Capsules combined with Norfloxacin Capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (130 cases) with chronic prostatitis in the People’s Hospital of Hebi from July 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 65 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Norfloxacin Capsules, 0.4 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianlie Kangshu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and NIH-CPSI scores, urodynamics, and inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.38% in the treatment group and 84.62% in the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIH-CPSI score of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the NIH-CPSI score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the maximum urinary flow rate and participating urine volume in two groups were significantly increased, but the effective micturition time in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the maximum urinary flow rate and participating urine volume in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the effective micturition time in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-2, and IL-8 in prostatic fluid of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-2, and IL-8 in prostate fluid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qianlie Kangshu Capsules combined with Norfloxacin Capsules is effective in treatment of chronic prostatitis, can control the severity of the disease, improve the level of urodynamics, and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
