吉馬酮是莪術中重要活性成分,現(xiàn)多從莪術油中提取分離。吉馬酮具有廣泛的藥理活性,近年來成為研究的熱點,國內外學者對其作用機制進行了深層次研究。綜述吉馬酮的抗腫瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、神經保護作用、調節(jié)糖脂代謝、抗菌、抗纖維化作用及其機制的研究進展,以期為其更深入的開發(fā)研究和更好的應用于臨床提供借鑒意義。

Germacrone is an important active component in Curcuma zedoaria, and it is mostly extracted and separated from C. zedoaria oil. Germacrone has a wide range of pharmacological activities, and becomes a research hotspot in recent years. Scholars at home and abroad have verified its extensive pharmacological activities and deeply analyzed its mechanism of action. This article summarizes the research progress on the anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, antioxidant, neuroprotective, glucose-lipid metabolism, anti-bacterial, anti-fibrotic effects and its mechanisms of gemmarone, to provide reference for deeper research and better clinical use.
