目的 建立和胃降逆膠囊的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為全面提升和胃降逆膠囊的質(zhì)量控制提供參考。方法 采用薄層色譜（TLC）法定性鑒別和胃降逆膠囊中朱砂七、楤木和蒲公英，采用滴定法測(cè)定煅赭石中鐵（Fe），采用高效液相色譜法（HPLC）測(cè)定虎杖苷、大黃素、白藜蘆醇、大黃素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和大黃素甲醚。結(jié)果 朱砂七、楤木和蒲公英的TLC特征斑點(diǎn)清晰，專屬性強(qiáng)，分離度好，陰性對(duì)照無干擾；樣品中Fe的范圍為130.665～140.823 mg/g；虎杖苷、大黃素、白藜蘆醇、大黃素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和大黃素甲醚在0.071 4～1.714 3、0.035 7～0.857 2、0.071 4～1.714 3、0.035 7～0.857 2、0.014 3～0.342 8 μg與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系，平均加樣回收率分別為97.26%、96.28%、100.36%、102.71%、101.36%，RSD值分別為0.81%、2.25%、1.71%、2.85%、2.38%。結(jié)論 建立的方法可作為和胃降逆膠囊的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Heweijiangni Capsules, to provide reference for the overall improvement of the quality control of Heweijiangni Capsules. Methods TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the Polygoni Ciliinerve Radix, Aralae Cortex, and Taraxaci Herba in Hewei Jiangni Capsules. The content of iron (Fe) in was determined by titration. HPLC method was used to determine polydatin, emodin, resveratrol, emodin-8-O-β-D-pyranoside, and physcion. Results TLC spots of Polygoni Ciliinerve Radix, Aralae Cortex, and Taraxaci Herba were clear, the separation was good, the specificity was strong, and the negative sample had no interference. The content of Fe in the sample was 130.665-140.823 mg/g. The linear ranges of polydatin, emodin, resveratrol, emodin-8-O-β-D-pyranoside, and physcion in Hewei Jiangni Capsules were 0.071 4-1.714 3 μg, 0.035 7-0.857 2 μg, 0.071 4-1.714 3 μg, 0.035 7-0.857 2 μg, and 0.014 3-0.342 8 μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 97.26%, 96.28%, 100.36%, 102.71%, and 101.36%, with RSD values 0.81%, 2.25%, 1.71%, 2.85%, and 2.38%, respectively. Conclusion The established method can be used as quality standard of Hewei Jiangni Capsules.
