[摘要]
目的 建立HPLC-DAD法同時(shí)測定益氣聰明丸中蔓荊子黃素、異阿魏酸、葛根素和芍藥苷。方法Waters X-bridge C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流動(dòng)相:乙腈–0.5%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脫;檢測波長:257 nm(蔓荊子黃素)、315 nm(異阿魏酸)、251 nm(葛根素)、230 nm(芍藥苷);體積流量:1.0 mL/min;柱溫:25℃;進(jìn)樣體積:10 μL。結(jié)果 異阿魏酸、芍藥苷、葛根素和蔓荊子黃素分別在0.098~9.830、0.199~19.900、0.239~23.900、0.237~23.700 μg/mL線性良好,平均回收率分別為99.57%、99.64%、99.13%、99.64%,RSD值分別為1.79%、1.35%、0.67%、1.43%。結(jié)論 建立的方法簡便快捷、準(zhǔn)確可靠,可用于益氣聰明丸的質(zhì)量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish an HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of vitexicarpin, ferulic acid, puerarin, and paeoniflorin in Yiqi Congming Pills. Methods HPLC analysis was performed on Waters X-bridge C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 257 nm (vitexicarpin), 315 nm (ferulic acid), 251 nm (puerarin), and 230 nm (paeoniflorin). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25℃, and the sample volume was 10 μL. Results Vitexicarpin, ferulic acid, puerarin, and paeoniflorin showed good linear relationships in concentration range 0.098-9.830, 0.199-19.900, 0.239-23.900, and 0.237-23.700 μg/mL, respectively. The recoveries were 99.57%, 99.64%, 99.13%, and 99.64% with values of 1.79%, 1.35%, 0.67%, and 1.43%, respectively.Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, and reliable, and can be applied to the quality control of Yiqi Congming Pills.
