目的 探討祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊聯(lián)合依托考昔片治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年10月—2021年7月許昌市立醫(yī)院收治的80例膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各40例患者。對照組患者口服依托考昔片，60 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊，1.8 g/次，2次/d。兩組連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者晨僵時間、主觀疼痛程度和血清炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為95.00%，對照組的總有效率為77.50%，組間比較有明顯差異（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的晨僵時間、NRS評分顯著降低（P<0.05）；且以治療組晨僵時間、NRS評分降低更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后兩組的血清白細胞介素-18（IL-18）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的血清IL-18、IL-1β、VEGF水平比對照組低（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊聯(lián)合依托考昔片治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效確切，能降低晨僵時間和疼痛程度，減輕炎癥損傷，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with Etoricoxib Tablets in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in Xuchang Municipal Hospital from October 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Etoricoxib Tablets, 60 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qufeng Zhitong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.8 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and morning stiffness time, the subjective pain degree, and the serum level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group, and 77.50% in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the morning stiffness time and NRS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the morning stiffness time and NRS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The serum levels of IL-18, IL-1β, and VEGF in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-18, IL-1β, and VEGF in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with Etoricoxib Tablets is effective in treatment of knee osteoarthritis, can reduce the time of morning stiffness and the degree of pain, reduce inflammatory injury, with good safety.
