目的 探討參芪降糖顆粒聯(lián)合米格列醇治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年9月—2021年9月淮南東方醫(yī)院集團總醫(yī)院收治的96例2型糖尿病患者，隨機分對照組和治療組，每組各48例。對照組患者餐前口服米格列醇片，50 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服參芪降糖顆粒，3 g/次，3次/d。兩組治療3個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時間，空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）水平，及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率明顯高于對照組（97.92%vs 81.25%，P<0.05）。治療后，治療組多尿、多食、體質(zhì)量減輕、皮膚瘙癢等癥狀緩解時間均明顯早于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者FPG、HbA1c、P2hPG、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-8水平均明顯低于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為8.33%，明顯低于對照組的16.67%（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 參芪降糖顆粒聯(lián)合米格列醇治療2型糖尿病，在降低血糖同時，還能降低炎性因子水平，且藥物安全有效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules combined with miglitol in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients (96 cases) with type 2 diabetes in Huainan Oriental Hospital Group from September 2019 to September 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 48 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Miglitol Tablets before meals, 50 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenqi Jiangtang Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the relief time symptom, the levels of FPG, HbA1c, 2 h PG, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-8, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.92% vs 81.25%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time of polyuria, polyphagia, weight loss and skin pruritus in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FPG, HbA1c, 2 h PG, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-8 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 8.33%, which was significantly lower than 16.67% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Jiangtang Granules combined with miglitol in treatment of type 2 diabetes can not only reduce the blood sugar of patients, but also reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and the combination is safe and effective.
