目的 選取2019—2021年安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬六安醫(yī)院（六安市人民醫(yī)院）質(zhì)子泵抑制劑（PPIs）的使用情況進(jìn)行分析和評價，以促進(jìn)院內(nèi)PPIs臨床的合理使用。方法 調(diào)取2019—2021年安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬六安醫(yī)院（六安市人民醫(yī)院）PPIs的相關(guān)用藥信息，對PPIs的銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）和排序比（B/A）進(jìn)行回顧性統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 2019—2021年醫(yī)院PPIs的用藥金額總體呈下滑趨勢，DDDs相對金額下降趨勢偏緩，其中注射劑型的用藥金額和DDDs近3年下降明顯，而口服劑型DDDs相對較為平穩(wěn)，藥品價格有所下降。2019—2021年，由于藥品價格下調(diào)，PPIs的DDC普遍呈下降趨勢。DDC小于5萬元的PPIs有雷貝拉唑鈉腸溶片、蘭索拉唑腸溶片及入圍藥品集中采購新增的3個品種。B/A>1的品種主要為口服劑型，而B/A<1的品種主要為注射劑型。結(jié)論 安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬六安醫(yī)院（六安市人民醫(yī)院）PPIs目錄得到優(yōu)化，使用漸趨合理，注射劑型PPIs給患者造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)較口服PPIs為重。在臨床使用PPIs過程中，應(yīng)優(yōu)先選擇口服PPIs，并兼顧療效和成本，根據(jù)患者自身情況結(jié)合PPIs的藥理藥化特性選擇合適的PPIs，提高PPIs的合理使用水平。

Objective The use of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) in Lu'an Hospital of Anhui Medical University, Lu'an People's Hospital from 2019 to 2021 was analyzed and evaluated, in order to promote rational clinical use of PPIs in hospital. Methods The medication information related to PPIs in Lu'an Hospital of Anhui Medical University, Lu'an People's Hospital from 2019 to 2021 was collected, and the consumption sum, DDDs, DDC and B/A of PPIs were analyzed retrospectively. Results The overall consumption sum of PPIs in hospitals showed a downward trend from 2019 to 2021, while the relative consumption sum of DDDs showed a slow downward trend. Among them, the consumption sum and DDDs of injection dosage form decreased significantly in recent 3 years, while the DDDs of oral dosage form was relatively stable, and the drug price decreased. From 2019 to 2021, DDC of PPIs generally showed a downward trend due to the decrease in drug prices. PPIs with DDC less than 50 000 yuan include Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets, Lansoprazole Enteric-coated Tablets and 3 newly added products of centralized procurement of shortlisted drugs. The varieties with B/A > 1 were mainly oral dosage form, while the varieties with B/A < 1 were mainly injection form. Conclusion The PPIs catalogue of Lu'an Hospital of Anhui Medical University, Lu'an People's Hospital has been optimized, the use of PPIs is becoming reasonable. Economic burden of injectable PPIs is heavier than that of oral PPIs. In the process of clinical use of PPIs, oral PPIs should be given priority, efficacy and cost should be taken into account. Appropriate PPIs should be selected according to patients' own situation and pharmacochemical characteristics of PPIs, so as to improve the rational use level of PPIs.
