青光眼造成的失明通常是不可逆的，眼壓升高被認(rèn)為是青光眼的最重要危險(xiǎn)因素。降眼壓治療可以延緩青光眼的發(fā)生和進(jìn)展，是目前臨床治療青光眼的主要策略。視神經(jīng)保護(hù)可能是青光眼治療的新方向。從傳統(tǒng)降眼壓藥物、新型降眼壓藥物、視神經(jīng)保護(hù)藥物3個(gè)方面對(duì)青光眼治療藥物進(jìn)行綜述和探討。

Blindness from glaucoma is usually irreversible. Elevated intraocular pressure is considered the most important risk factor for glaucoma. Intraocular pressure lowering therapy can delay the occurrence and progression of glaucoma, and is currently the main strategy for clinical treatment of glaucoma. Optic-neuroprotection may be a new direction for glaucoma treatment. This article reviews and discusses glaucoma treatment drugs from three aspects, such as traditional ocular hypotensive drugs, new ocular hypotensive drugs, and optic nerve protection drugs.
